Cancellation and Refund Policy - membership

If you would like to cancel your membership please contact the membership office on membership@immunology.org.uk or 020 3019 5901. 

Refunds will be made as follows:

 

1 year membership

Cancellation date (after start/renewal) Refund
<1 month Full refund less any credit card charges incurred
2 - 3 months 75%
4 - 6 months 50%
7 - 9 months 25%
10 - 12 months 0%

 

Multi-year memberships

If you cancel mid-way through a multi-year membership the membership to date will be recalculated at the 1 year membership rate and a refund applied accordingly.

 

Refund method

Refunds will only be made to the bank account or credit card of the originating payer.

Cancellation and refund policy - events

A 5% administration fee applies to all cancellations. Refunds will be made as follows:

  • 100% refund when cancelling more than 3 months prior to the event
  • 50% refund when cancelling 1 - 3 months prior to the event
  • 25% refund when cancelling 15 days to 1 month prior to the event
  • 0% refund when cancelling within 14 days of the event.
