Cancellation and Refund Policy - membership
If you would like to cancel your membership please contact the membership office on email@example.com or 020 3019 5901.
Refunds will be made as follows:
1 year membership

|<1 month||Full refund less any credit card charges incurred|
|2 - 3 months||75%|
|4 - 6 months||50%|
|7 - 9 months||25%|
|10 - 12 months||0%|
If you cancel mid-way through a multi-year membership the membership to date will be recalculated at the 1 year membership rate and a refund applied accordingly.
Refunds will only be made to the bank account or credit card of the originating payer.
Cancellation and refund policy - events
A 5% administration fee applies to all cancellations. Refunds will be made as follows:
- 100% refund when cancelling more than 3 months prior to the event
- 50% refund when cancelling 1 - 3 months prior to the event
- 25% refund when cancelling 15 days to 1 month prior to the event
- 0% refund when cancelling within 14 days of the event.
