Stromal Immunology Group

The BSI Stromal Immunology Group acts as a focal point for those interested in the rapidly growing and developing field of stromal immunology. Previously considered to be passive structural entities, emerging evidence suggests that non-hematopoietic stromal cells of many tissues play a far more active role in immune responses, inflammation and oncology than was hitherto appreciated. The group focuses on bringing together experienced stromal immunologists with those new to the field, by organising exciting meetings for the dissemination of ideas and data to push the field forward
