During the COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent lockdown it is as important as ever to manage your wellbeing and to make your new situation work best for you. This webinar, delivered by Alexis Hutson, will look at both the personal and the professional. As these are inter-related, it is important to take a twinned approach to them so that they can feed into each other. You will learn some useful models to help to support and help develop these insights further. The ideas presented will be primarily aimed at early career researchers, although they can be relevant to any laboratory-based scientist.

Learning aims:

  • Strengthen awareness around the importance of staying positive and focused professionally during lockdown
  • Strengthen awareness on managing expectations of personal and individual circumstances during lockdown
