Veterinary Vaccinology Network Conference 2018

University of Stirling, Stirling, UK
Thursday, 18 January, 2018 to Friday, 19 January, 2018

The Veterinary Vaccinology Network will hold its fourth conference on 18th and 19th January 2018 in Stirling.

Vaccines represent one of the most cost effective interventions for prevention, control and eradication of diseases.Veterinary vaccines not only protect against animal health but also enhance animal welfare; aid in improving livestock production; meet growth food demands; reduce the need for antibiotics and other drugs (e.g. aquaculture) and finally protect public health from animal diseases that have the potential to transmit into humans.  The network conference will provide an opportunity to hear from leading experts in vaccinology as well as networking with research scientists, industrial partners and policy makers.
