BSI Immunology Teaching Excellence Award 2021 – open for nominations

Dr Nigel Francis, 2020 award winner

We are delighted to announce that nominations for our 2021 Immunology Teaching Excellence Award are now open. Through the award, we aim to recognise and highlight exceptional immunology teachers working in higher education institutes across the UK.

We want to hear about the outstanding immunology educators teaching immunology at undergraduate or postgraduate level, up to the level of teaching first year PhD students. We hope that nominees will be excellent communicators with the ability to inspire the younger generation of immunologists.

If you know of anyone who fits this description, or feel that you possess the qualities mentioned above, we'd like to hear from you. Nominations can be made for colleagues, teachers or via self-nomination.

Applications close at 23:59 BST on Sunday 17 October 2021. Further details on how to submit a nomination can be found on the BSI Teaching Excellence Award webpage.
