Introducing Clinical & Experimental Immunology's new ECR editors

As an official journal of the British Society for Immunology, Clinical & Experimental Immunology (CEI) is passionate about championing the next generation of immunologists by supporting early career researchers who want to get involved with research at the point of publication. Our journals are ideally positioned to support those interested in engaging with journals, helping them to build their skills and gain confidence in the editorial process. With this in mind, CEI has developed a dedicated Editorial Board specifically for early career researchers (ECRs).

The ECR Board members will join the editorial team of a long-standing and impactful journal, develop their skills as peer reviewers, learn more about the editorial process and contribute to the success and development of the journal. They will work closely with more senior members of the editorial team, including the Editor-in-Chief and Section Editors to learn how to effectively review for a journal, as well as receiving experience in other Editorial Board activities.

We hope that the ECR Board members will bring a fresh perspective to CEI, offering ideas and opinions on the journal's future direction.

After calling for applications from ambitious and talented ECRs, we are delighted to announce the twelve new ECR Editorial Board members. Thank you to everyone who submitted an application.

Please join us in giving them a warm welcome over on the Clinical & Experimental Immunology Twitter channel (@CEIjournal)!
