New BSI careers survey launched

The British Society for Immunology has launched a survey to help us better understand the career progression of immunologists. We know that immunologists end up working in many different sectors, making a large contribution to society. We want to map how people who studied immunology, or considered themselves as an immunologist at one point in their career, built their careers, which sectors they went into and what challenges they faced. Understanding this will help the BSI make recommendations to support immunologists at all stages of their careers.

No matter what career stage you are currently at, we want to hear from you!

Take the BSI careers survey

The survey should take no more than 15 minutes to complete.  As a thank you, you have the option to enter a prize draw to win £50 worth of Amazon vouchers or equivalent donation to a charity of your choice.

Spread the word!

To gain an accurate picture of which sectors immunologists end up working in, we need as many people as possible to take the survey, both those currently working in immunology and those who have moved on to other sectors. Please forward this email or pass on details of this survey to friends, colleagues and ex-students who currently or used to work in immunology and encourage them to take part.

Please take our survey to help us learn more about your experiences and views on immunology careers. You can find out more background details on our careers mapping project on our website.  If you have any questions, please contact our Careers Officer, Glyn Jones
