The Type 1 Diabetes Grand Challenge partnership is delighted to be hosting a free, in-person networking workshop on 29 November in Science Gallery London, as part of the Type 1 Diabetes Grand Challenge Beta Cell Therapy Innovation Project Grants. The workshop is designed to encourage and facilitate cross disciplinary collaboration, and generate innovative research ideas that have the potential to overcome barriers to progress in beta cell therapy research. After the workshop, a funding opportunity will open on 5 December 2023 to support high-risk, high-reward ideas that have the potential to be transformative and advance research into beta cell therapies.
