Wednesday 25 March 2026 marks Vaccine Engagement Day, and we’re inviting you to join us in celebrating the power of vaccines.
This year, we are continuing our #CelebrateVaccines campaign - focussing on a simple message: protect your health and your community. Vaccines remain one of the most effective tools we have to prevent disease, save lives and support healthier societies.
To mark the day, we are launching a series of blogs exploring vaccines and their impact. From those that have already transformed public health, to those shaping the current landscape and those in development across the UK, these stories highlight the ongoing impact of immunisation and the science behind it.
Join the conversation
Vaccine Engagement Day is your opportunity to be part of a wider conversation about vaccines. Whether you are a researcher, healthcare professional or simply passionate about public health, your voice can help build understanding and trust.
Take to social media and share your support in a way that works for you.

What is Vaccine Engagement Day?
Vaccine Engagement Day is a British Society for Immunology initiative that highlights the importance of vaccines in protecting public health.
