Cancellation and Refund Policy - membership
If you would like to cancel your membership please contact the membership office on membership@immunology.org or +44 (0)77 7530 1216.
Refunds will be made as follows:
1 year membership
| Cancellation date (after start/renewal) | Refund |
| <1 month | Full refund less any credit card charges incurred |
| 2 - 3 months | 75% |
| 4 - 6 months | 50% |
| 7 - 9 months | 25% |
| 10 - 12 months | 0% |
Multi-year memberships
If you cancel mid-way through a multi-year membership the membership to date will be recalculated at the 1 year membership rate and a refund applied accordingly.
Refund method
Refunds will only be made to the bank account or credit card of the originating payer.
Cancellation and refund policy - events
A 5% administration fee applies to all cancellations. Refunds will be made as follows:
- 100% refund when cancelling more than 3 months prior to the event
- 50% refund when cancelling 1 - 3 months prior to the event
- 25% refund when cancelling 15 days to 1 month prior to the event
- 0% refund when cancelling within 14 days of the event.
