About this webinar
Approximately half a million people in the UK have immune systems that function sub-optimally, either due to a medical condition or due to medication they take. How well do vaccines work for these people in protecting them from catching COVID-19? Our panel of experts discussed the cutting-edge research to understand the immune response after COVID-19 vaccination in people who are immunosuppressed and how this can be managed in future. The patient perspective was also shared and the panel explored how lived experience can be meaningfully involved in immunology research.
